Section XIII-147 - Participant Rights and BenefitsA. Each service delivery area grant recipient and its subrecipients shall inform each participant of his rights and benefits at the time of enrollment into any activity under the Act and shall require each participant to sign a statement that he has been advised of his rights and benefits.
