Section IX-535 - Severability ClauseA. These rules and each of their provisions are hereby declared to be severable, one from another. If any provision or item of a rule, or the application thereof, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not effect other provisions, items, or applications of the rule which can be given effect without the invalid provision, item or application.La.
