Section XVII-521 - Disposal of RecordsA. Twice a year the State Records Center will generate disposal requests for agency records that have met their retention periods. Such disposal requests will be forwarded to the agency records officer for agency disposal approval. The agency will have 45 days to respond to the request. The State Records Center reserves the right to return to the agency any records listed on the disposal request after the allotted 45 days has lapsed.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § XVII-521
