Section XVII-507 - Labeling InstructionsA. Each agency must assign a unique agency box number to each box to be transferred by affixing the number to the upper right hand corner of the narrow end of the box (the end of the box) and may include a brief descriptor for the records (i.e., 1997, FY2002, A-F, #1001-2500, etc.) to the left of the agency box number. This box number (and descriptor) must correspond to an entry made on the agency's transmittal forms submitted for the box.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § XVII-507
