Section XIII-10337 - When One Jockey from Entry or Field Is Short of WeightA. In case of any entry, if one of the jockeys riding the entry weighs in short of weight by more than 2 pounds and his mount is disqualified in consequence of short weight, no refund shall be made unless the other portion of the entry is also disqualified for the same reason (short weight), in which case all money wagered on the entry so disqualified shall be deducted from the pool and shall be refunded.
