Section XIII-10335 - Jockey Short of WeightA. If a jockey weighs in short of weight by more than 2 pounds, and his mount is disqualified in consequence of short weight, all monies wagered on the horse shall be deducted from the pool and shall be refunded on presentation of ticket sold on the horse.La.
