Section XV-1305 - Content of ApplicationA. In addition to the requirements set forth in LAC 33:XV.325 of these regulations, an application to receive from others, possess, and dispose of wastes shall consist of general information, specific technical information, institutional information, and financial information as set forth in LAC 33:XV.1306-1310.La.
