Section XV-1303 - License RequiredA. No person may receive, possess, and dispose of radioactive waste containing source, special nuclear or byproduct material at a land disposal facility unless authorized by a license issued by the department pursuant to this Chapter, and Chapter 3 of these regulations.B. Each person shall file an application with the Office of Environmental Compliance pursuant to LAC 33:XV.324 of these regulations and obtain a license as provided in this Chapter before commencement of construction of a land disposal facility.
