Section I-1131 - SeverabilityA. If any Section or provision of this Chapter is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this Chapter. Any provision of this Chapter that is in conflict with R.S. 51:2451-R.S. 51:2462 or any other statute will be invalid and will be severable.La. Admin. Code tit. 13, § I-1131
