A. Notice by Mail. Under the provisions of Louisiana law or these rules, whenever notice is given to any member it shall not be construed to mean personal delivery of notice. Notice will be considered to be given in writing on the day the written notice is deposited in a post office with such notice bearing the member's address as it appears in the records of the board.La.
