Section XIII-309 - Date of Prospectus

A. Each prospectus used after the effective date of the registration statement shall be dated approximately as of such effective date, provided however, that a revised or amended prospectus used thereafter bear both its original date and the "Amended as of ________________" date. Each supplement prospectus shall be separately dated the approximate date of its issuance.
