Section XIII-301 - Scope of RuleA. This rule prescribes the form and content of the prospectus, intended as of the effective date to be used in connection with the offering of securities registered by notification, or required to be filed as a part of a registration statement for registration of securities by qualification and to be used in connection with the offering of securities so registered.
