Section XIII-147 - Powers to Amend or Withdraw Registration StatementA. All persons signing an application for registration shall be deemed, in the absence of a statement to the contrary, to confer upon the applicant and upon the correspondent named in the application for registration the following powers:1. a power to amend the application for registration: a. by altering the date of the proposed offering;b. by filing any required written consent;c. by correcting typographical errors; ord. by reducing the amount of securities registered, pursuant to an understanding contained in the application for registration;2. a power to make application for the Commissioner of Securities' consent to the filing of an amendment;3. a power to withdraw the application for registration or any amendment or exhibit thereto.La.
