Section XIII-141 - Formal Requirements for AmendmentsA. One copy of each amendment to an application shall be filed with the Commissioner of Securities at least five days prior to any offering of the securities subsequent to the filing of such amendment, or such shorter period as the Commissioner of Securities, in his discretion, may authorize. The Commissioner of Securities may, in his discretion, authorize an offering to commence prior to the receipt of all amendments where he has been informed by telephone, telegraph or letter of the substance of such amendments, as in the case of "price amendments" or other amendments, where he may deem such action proper.La.
