Section XIII-125 - Written Consents ; Formal Requirements as to ConsentsA. If the name of any accountant, engineer, or appraiser, or any person whose profession gives authority to a statement made by him, has been made any part of the application for registration, or if such person is named as having prepared or certified a report, the written consent of such person shall be filed with the application for registration. All written consents of experts filed with an application for registration pursuant to these rules shall be dated and signed manually. A list of such consents shall be filed with the application for registration. Where the consent of an expert is contained in his report, a reference shall be made in the list to the report containing the consent.La. Admin. Code tit. 10, § XIII-125
