Section XIII-107 - Date of FilingA. At least 10 days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) prior to the date on which the initial offering of any security is to be made, there shall be filed with the Commissioner of Securities one copy of the required application. The Commissioner of Securities may, however, in his discretion, authorize the commencement of the offering prior to the expiration of such 10-day period upon a written request for such authorization.La.
