Section 82-10-5 - Suspension of certificate for failure to comply with regulations

The certificate of any oil or natural gas liquid pipeline company who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the commission or the laws of the state of Kansas may be suspended. This failure shall be full and sufficient cause for the commission to cancel the certificate upon citation and hearing.
