Section 82-10-4 - Annual report

Every oil or natural gas liquid pipeline company subject to the commission's jurisdiction shall file with the commission a copy of form No. 6, "Annual Report of Oil Pipeline Companies" which has been filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This report shall be filed by March 31 of each year for the previous calendar year.
