Rule 875-9.5 - [Effective until 1/15/2025] Persons protected by Iowa Code section 88.9(3)

(1) All employees are afforded the full protection of Iowa Code section 88.9(3). For purposes of the Act, an employee is defined as "an employee of an employer who is employed in a business of his employer."

(2) Reserved.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 88.9(3).
