The permittee shall provide a written description of all instances of noncompliance not reported under rule 567-6312. (455B) or 567-paragraph 64.7(4)"c" at the time discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) are submitted. The written description shall contain the information listed in rule 567-6312. (455B).
