Rule 441-74.10 - Right to appeal

(1) Decisions and actions by the department regarding eligibility or services provided under this chapter may be appealed to the extent permitted by 441-Chapter 7.

(2) Members will not be entitled to an appeal hearing if the sole basis for denying or limiting services is discontinuance of the program pursuant to rule 441-74.14 (249A,249N).
