Section 905 IAC 1-38-3 - Exterior brand name signs; illumination of exterior signs restricted

Sec. 3.

Any sign advertising alcoholic beverages such as the words "beer", "liquor", or "wine" on the exterior of any premises covered by a permit to wholesale alcoholic beverages shall not be illuminated during the days or hours when it is illegal to sell alcoholic beverages.
