Section 905 IAC 1-38-2 - Advertising signs near church or school prohibited

Sec. 2.

No primary source of supply, wholesaler, or salesman of alcoholic beverages or the holder of a retailer's or dealer's permit to sell alcoholic beverages, or the agent or representative thereof, shall erect, or cause to be erected or maintained, any sign advertising alcoholic beverages which is located within two hundred (200) feet of a church or school.
