Section 905 IAC 1-35.1-7 - Sales of alcoholic beverages

Sec. 7.

(a) Alcoholic beverages may be served at any time providing the hours are within the statutory limits of IC 7.1-3-1-14 and IC 7.1-5-10-1.

(b) There shall be no carryout sales allowed from any location at any time.
