Section 905 IAC 1-35.1-6 - Dispensing alcoholic beverages and food

Sec. 6.

(a) Alcoholic beverages, for on-premises consumption only, may be dispensed within the approved boundaries of the auto race track.

(b) The facility shall contain at least one (1) snack stand, which must be a permanent or semipermanent structure or portable food cart and meet the minimum food requirements of 905 IAC 1-20, except for hot soup.
