Section 878 IAC 1-1-13 - "Readily openable access panel" defined

Sec. 13.

"Readily openable access panel" means a panel provided for homeowner inspection and maintenance that:

(1) is within normal reach;

(2) can be removed by one (1) person; and

(3) is not sealed in place.
