Section 878 IAC 1-1-12 - "Readily accessible" defined

Sec. 12.

"Readily accessible" means available for visual inspection without requiring:

(1) moving of personal property;

(2) dismantling;

(3) destructive measures; or

(4) any action that will likely involve risk to persons or property.
