Sec. 22.
(a) There shall be a record system that provides for accurate recording of admission data and student academic records. Provisions shall be made for safe storage of records to prevent loss by destruction and unauthorized use.(b) Individual student files, maintained by the program of nursing during the student's enrollment, shall include, at a minimum, the following:(1) Documents required for admission.(2) Results of performance evaluation relating to the student's progression or lack thereof.(3) Documentation of standard precautions training.(c) The institution must maintain in readily accessible form, or cause to be maintained in readily accessible form, sufficient records to generate an official student transcript for a period of sixty (60) years after the date the student attended the institution.(d) Information about the program shall be published periodically, at least every two (2) years.
