Sec. 21.
(a) There shall be written requirements for progression and graduation prepared by the faculty of each program. There shall be a written policy and procedure for academic probation and termination from the program. There shall be a code of conduct for students.(b) The nursing program shall provide to enrolled students a student handbook that shall include all information specific to the nursing program.(c) Candidates for the registered nurse licensing examination shall have successfully completed the educational program with an accumulative average grade of "C" or better, and a grade of "C" or better in each course as identified in section 17 of this rule.(d) Candidates for the practical nurse licensing examination shall have successfully completed the educational program with a grade of "C" or better in each course.
