Section 832 IAC 2-2-2.1 - Simultaneous cremation; unauthorized activity

Sec. 2.1.

(a) Except as permitted by IC 23-14-31-39, human remains of more than one (1) individual shall not be simultaneously cremated within the same cremation chamber.

(b) Nonhuman remains shall not be simultaneously cremated with human remains within the same cremation chamber as used for human remains.
