Section 750 IAC 9-2-8 - Coordination with securities commissioner

Sec. 8.

In the department's examination and regulatory activities related to licensees under this article, the department may cooperate with the Indiana securities commissioner in the regulation of individuals who, in addition to business conducted under this article, also conduct a loan broker business consistent with the IC 23-2.5.
