Section 750 IAC 9-2-7 - Applicability of state and federal laws, regulations, and rules

Sec. 7.

(a) A violation of a state or federal law, regulation, rule, policy, or guidance applicable to mortgage transactions is a violation of this article.

(b) The department may enforce penalty provisions set forth in 15 U.S.C. 1640, which is incorporated by reference, for violations of disclosure requirements applicable to mortgage transactions.
