Section 75 IAC 3-1-7 - Alternative to prescribed forms

Sec. 7.

Any automotive salvage recycler subject to record keeping requirements prescribed by the secretary of state may, in lieu of utilizing the prescribed forms required by the secretary of state for such record keeping purposes, use alternative record keeping methods as approved by the secretary.
