Sec. 3.
(a) A sports wagering operator shall attempt to resolve all patron disputes with the patron. A sports wagering operator shall investigate each patron complaint and provide a response to the patron within ten (10) calendar days. The complaint must be made in writing.(b) For complaints related to patron accounts, settlement of wagers, and illegal activity that cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the patron, a copy of the complaint and the sports wagering operator's response, including all relevant documentation, shall be provided to the division, as applicable.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 27-3-3; filed 6/25/2021, 2:59 p.m.: 20210721-IR-068200420FRA
