Sec. 2.
(a) Each sports wagering operator shall, within ninety (90) days of commencing operations, and annually thereafter, perform a system integrity and security assessment of sports wagering systems and online sports wagering systems conducted by an independent professional selected by the licensee and subject to approval of the executive director or the executive director's designee. The independent professional's report on the assessment shall be submitted to the commission and shall include:(2) name and company affiliation of the individual or individuals who conducted the assessment;(5) recommended corrective action, if applicable; and(6) the operator's response to the findings and recommended corrective action.(b) The annual system assessment shall be provided to the commission not later than July 15 of each year, with the first annual system assessment to be provided to the commission not later than July 15, 2021.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 27-3-2; filed 6/25/2021, 2:59 p.m.: 20210721-IR-068200420FRA
