Section 675 IAC 31-4-6 - Periodic on-site inspection

Sec. 6.

The division shall also cause to be made periodic on-site inspection of the erection and operation of regulated amusement devices; however, no such periodic inspection shall be required as a prerequisite for operation of the regulated amusement device.
