Sec. 10.
(a) "Indirect waste pipe" means a pipe that does not connect directly with the drainage system but conveys liquid wastes by discharging into a plumbing fixture, interceptor, or receptacle that is directly connected to the drainage system.(b) "Inlet fitting" means a fitting or fixture through which circulated or hydrojetted water enters a pool, spa, or hot tub.(c) "Interactive play attraction" means a water attraction, including devices using sprayed, jetted, or other water sources contacting the users and not incorporating a basin and standing or captured water as part of the user activity area, such as splash pads and spray pads.Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission; 675 IAC 20-1.1-10; filed Aug 14, 1989, 9:00 a.m.: 13 IR 41, eff Sep 1, 1989 [IC 4-22-2-36 suspends the effectiveness of a rule document for thirty 30 days after filing with the secretary of state.
