Fees for construction design release shall be as follows:

| (2) Addenda, including structural/typical system: | |
| (A) filing fee | $30 |
| (B) residential, add-a-room, or duplex | $851 |
| (C) commercial | $1051,2 |
Notes:
1 Includes only the original floor plan. A fifty dollar ($50) fee is charged for each additional floor plan. Crawlspace or basement plans are considered a floor plan.
2 Includes two (2) units as a completed structure. A fifty dollar ($50) fee is charged for each additional module unit.
