Sec. 6.
(a) An application for renewal for a third party inspection agency shall be filed with the office of the state building commissioner thirty (30) days before the expiration of authorization.(b) A renewal application shall be filed in accordance with section 2 of this rule.(c) If there are no changes to the original application submitted as set out in section 2 of this rule, the third party inspection agency shall be required to submit a letter requesting a renewal.
