Section 675 IAC 15-1.2-14 - Compliance with rules

Sec. 14.

The issuance of a design release does not relieve the manufacturer from compliance with all applicable rules of the commission even if items contrary to the rules of commission are shown in plans and specifications that have been filed with the office of the state building commissioner.
