Section 675 IAC 15-1.2-13 - Maintenance of design release; plans and specifications

Sec. 13.

An application and a complete set of plans and specifications that conform exactly to the design that was released by the office of the state building commissioner shall be maintained in each manufacturing facility at all times for use by the office of the state building commissioner or the third party inspection agency, or both.
