Section 675 IAC 15-1.2-10 - Expiration of design release

Sec. 10.

(a) A design release shall not expire, except as provided in this section.
(b) If the rules of the commission applicable to the system for which the design release was issued are revised or replaced, a design release will expire on the effective date of this revision or replacement.
