Section 440 IAC 1.5-1-6 - "Licensed mental health professional" defined

Sec. 6.

"Licensed mental health professional" means a mental health professional whose scope of practice under Indiana licensure encompasses the expertise involved in writing orders for treatment and who is appropriately credentialed under the private mental health institution's bylaws and policies to write such orders.
