Section 440 IAC 10-1-9 - "Authorized health care professional" defined

Sec. 9.

"Authorized health care professional" means a physician assistant, a nurse practitioner, or a clinical nurse specialist performing duties within the scope of the individual's license and under the supervision of, or under a supervisory agreement with, a licensed physician.
