Section 440 IAC 10-1-8 - "Assessment" defined

Sec. 8.

"Assessment" means procedures by which a counselor and other clinical staff identify and evaluate an individual patient's:

(1) strengths;

(2) weaknesses;

(3) problems; and

(4) needs; in the development and review of the individualized treatment plan that guides treatment.
