Section 440 IAC 10-1-58 - "Treatment planning" defined

Sec. 58.

"Treatment planning" means the process by which a counselor or clinical staff and a patient do the following:

(1) Identify and rank problems needing resolution.
(2) Establish agreed-upon individualized immediate and longer term treatment goals.
(3) Decide upon a treatment process and the resources to be used.
