Section 410 IAC 6-5.1-14 - Severability of rule

Sec. 14.

If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of 410 IAC 6-5.1, or any other part thereof, be declared invalid for any reason, the remainder of 410 IAC 6-5.1 shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect.
