Section 410 IAC 6-5.1-13 - Enforcement

Sec. 13.

The state health commissioner or local health officer is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of 410 IAC 6-5.1. Ordinances, rules, regulations, and other requirements adopted by local government agencies shall not designate standards that are incompatible with or less stringent than 410 IAC 6-5.1.
