Section 410 IAC 3.2-1-21 - "Medical specialist" defined

Sec. 21.

"Medical specialist" means an individual with an unlimited license to practice medicine under IC 25-22.5 and who is certified by a specialty board that is approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
