Section 410 IAC 3.2-1-20 - "Laboratory services" defined

Sec. 20.

"Laboratory services" means laboratory procedures that are medically necessary to complete a diagnostic evaluation. Laboratory services shall be performed on an outpatient basis unless inpatient services for this purpose are approved by the director.
